Hello, from Mr Joe and the Dream Team!

We’re about adventures in 11+, Upton and St Anselms literacy and numeracy skills! Inspiring lionhearted learners with energy and curiosity!

After a FREE taster session, our students are invited to attend classes limited to four pupils for one-hour weekly classes. Year 3, year 4 and Year 5 are taught separately. Every student is assigned a weekly homework pack and parents receive weekly feedback and advice on successes and areas of potential improvement.

We run a pretty unique learning environment because we believe a balance of structure, good habits and fun engages pupils to achieve to their full potential.

Our Tutoring Services

The move to BIG SCHOOL can be a lot to handle for all children. Our Year 3 classes focus on making learning fun whilst moving your child forward in terms of solid maths skills and good habits in reading for pleasure.
Students have one homework pack to complete weekly. This is given in at the beginning of each session and marked by our teachers by hand in time for the next week's session.
Year 4 moves very quickly and is a transformative year for your children. We focus on establishing good maths skills, confidence to ask questions and great reading habits at home.

Our focus for Year 5 is exam preparation for the 11+, Upton Hall and St Anselm's entrance exams. The classes are a blend of maths, verbal reasoning and non-verbal reasoning.
Year 5 students also have free access to an online account with Study Time Online. We created this during lockdown and it's been invaluable to our Year 5s ever since. Study Time Online includes extra tasks on specific topics, instructional videos and practice 11+ tests.

Our regular 11+ classes are suitable for both of these exams.
The St Anselm's exam also includes a creative writing section. We provide specific classes for this element in the summer holidays. The best year-round preparation is readying daily.
